Hi! I am Diğdem.

A young woman named Digdem / Diğdem Girici, is kneeling on the floor surrounded by singing bowls and candles meditating in a dimly lit room. She is a sound healing practitioner, she teaches certified sound healer facilitator and practitioner

In our modern age, many of us feel scattered—pieces of ourselves spread in every direction. This can look like difficulty focusing, low energy, loss of creativity, disconnection from joy, and burnout.

I work with artists, leaders, entrepreneurs, healers, and those just beginning their self-discovery journey. What unites them is the desire to return to wholeness. Deep down, we all know life can be more beautiful than we often allow ourselves to experience. To reclaim that, we must realign ourselves by weaving sustainable practices into our daily life.

My approach is rooted in authenticity of healing and real-life integration. I focus on bringing sound, breath, and simple yet powerful body practices into everyday living—so you can support yourself whenever you need.

I create experiences in both urban and natural settings—offering 1:1 and group sessions, workshops, and practitioner trainings. My aim is to share accessible, impactful knowledge in safe, inspiring spaces where people can feel truly themselves. These practices and trainings are for anyone who wishes to feel more connected, creative, and alive - no prior experience is required.

If you’re curious how sound, breath, and essential body principles can create real change in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you every step of the way.
